At Wild x City, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free return and refund policy to ensure a smooth shopping experience. Please read the details below for eligibility, process, and conditions.

1. Return & Exchange Eligibility

You may return or exchange an item if:
✔️ The return request is made within 14 days from the delivery date.
✔️ The item is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with tags attached.
✔️ The item is in resalable condition (no stains, odors, or damages).
✔️ The item is not listed as a non-returnable product (see Section 5).

📌 Note: For exchanges, we only accept size and color swaps for the same product, subject to availability.

2. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

To start a return or exchange, follow these simple steps:

1️⃣ Contact Us – Email us at contact@wildxcity.xyz with your order number and reason for return.
2️⃣ Receive Return Instructions – Our team will review your request and provide a return shipping address.
3️⃣ Ship the Item – Send the item back using a trackable shipping method. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective.
4️⃣ Processing & Approval – Once received, we will inspect the item and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund/exchange.

📌 Processing Time: Returns and exchanges are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your item.

3. Refund Policy

💳 Approved Refunds: If your return is approved, we will process your refund to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, the refund may take 5-10 business days to reflect in your account.

🚫 Partial Refunds: In some cases, only partial refunds may be granted (e.g., items with minor wear or missing packaging).

📌 Non-Refundable Costs:

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • If a return is due to our mistake (e.g., wrong or defective item), we will cover the shipping costs.

4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.

5. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

❌ Items Marked as Non-Returnable in Product Descriptions

6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:
